Quotes are valid for two months (subject to availability of parts).
Where the date and/or time for works to be carried out is agreed with the customer, J Cordner Heating and Plumbing will endeavour to attend and carry out the work as agreed. If a delay occurs for reasons beyond our control then we cannot be held responsible for the delay. If this happens we will complete the work as soon as possible.
Where a customer has confirmed acceptance of a quote and subsequently cancels the instruction prior to any work being carried out or materials supplied, then the customer may be required to pay any reasonable losses and the cost the company may suffer because of the cancellation, including loss of profit.
Materials supplied remain the property of J Cordner Heating and Plumbing Ltd. until full payment is received.
Payment can be in the form of cash, cheque or electronic transfer. Cheques should be made payable to J Cordner Heating and Plumbing Invoices to be settled in full within 14 days from invoice Guarantees will be issued on payment of account
J Cordner Heating and Plumbing reserves the right to charge interest at 1.5% per month on any invoice (or part thereof) that remains unpaid after 14 days.
